If the Courtyard serves as First Jeff's Cloister, this kitchen is definitely its Hearth!   Constructed to meet commercial codes, the kitchen serves everything from morning coffee to full congregational dinners.

 The kitchen contains a large 6-burner gas range, and two large ovens, as well as a microwave oven.  Our pride and joy is the commercial rinsing area and dishwasher, which can run a load of dishes in 90 seconds!  Large sinks and counters also facilitate food preparation.  
The storage area contains a pantry, refrigerator and freezer.  The serving area includes serving utensils for about 150, and the serving counter is immediately accessible from Coleman Hall.

 Coffee and tea can be prepared in the coffee corner and served either from the pass-through into the Corridor, or from the Coleman Hall serving counter.
