First Jefferson Unitarian Universalist Church

The facilities at First Jefferson Church can be rented for weddings, meetings and other social events for small or large groups. Contact the church administrator  for information or to make reservations.

Building Facilities

The Sanctuary has seating for 150 people. It is also an excellent acoustic space for chamber concerts or other musical events. In additional to the sanctuary, Coleman Hall offers space for large meetings, luncheons, dinners, or wedding receptions. Chairs and tables can be arranged in various configurations for seating up to 150 people. Coleman Hall is immediately adjacent to a large commercial kitchen.

The newly constructed wing of the building contains a number of smaller rooms, including a child care facility opening onto a fenced outdoor play area. The Jaggers Parlor is a large comfortable meeting room and its private bathroom makes it suitable for a bride's dressing area. Meetings may also be held in the church library. The library includes a small kitchen area where coffee can be prepared and served. There are also a number of small classrooms that can be used for small meetings or breakout groups.

Restrooms are located in two wings of the building, two for men and two for women. Front and rear parking areas can accomodate about 60 vehicles, and additional parking is available adjacent to the church.
